Siu Mai recipe is almost fail-proof unlike making breads or cakes. You will enjoy making and eating them.
Even though it took me several trials to get the Egg Tarts right, the result is so rewarding. Now, Little Dragon only eats warm Egg Tart because she has tasted the best.
